Hirschsprung's disease is a congenital disorder where nerve cells are missing in the bowel of baby’s colon which results in difficulty of passing stool from the body. There is no testing which helps pregnant women to diagnose this condition. New born suffers from constipation or intestinal obstruction which is the first sign and symptoms for Hirschsprung’s disease.
