Acalculous gallbladder disease is a is quite rare disease of gallbladder in which gallbladder becomes thick or swollen. It is sudden inflammation of gallbladder which includes pain in the abdomen and nausea. If this disorder remains untreated, it can lead to complete blockage of bile ducts and gangrene.
